Eugene also serves as a Catholic Deacon within the Archdiocese of Washington (ADW), where he ministers to incarcerated individuals through prison ministry programs, supports Hispanic immigrant families through outreach and Catholic pastoral services, and provides spiritual care to the sick and homebound throughout Montgomery County, Maryland. Eugene’s professional and charitable efforts strongly influence PTG’s culture and its commitment to supporting organizations dedicated to accelerating missions, improving lives, and strengthening communities.

Dave brings more than 25 years of experience delivering mission-focused consulting, organizational development, workforce transformation, and technology modernization services across the government and mission-driven sectors. In addition to his professional work, Dave serves as a Catholic Deacon within the Archdiocese of Washington (ADW), where he is involved in ministry supporting hospitals, assisted living communities, and local outreach efforts serving individuals and families in need throughout Montgomery County, Maryland and Washington, DC. Dave’s professional and ministry background aligns closely with PTG’s mission-centered approach and its commitment to helping nonprofit, commercial, and public sector organizations strengthen the communities and missions they serve.
